Privacy Policy

By using Nanti you agree to this policy. It explains what Nanti collects, how it is used and shared, and how to remove it.

What we collect

• Your sign-in details: your name and email address from our identity provider.
• Your workspaces, and the posts, captions and media you create or schedule.
• For each social account you connect: its ID, name, handle and profile picture, the permissions you approved, and the access tokens the network issues. Tokens are stored encrypted.
• What happens when Nanti publishes: whether a post went out, the link to it, or the network's reason for refusing it.

How we use it

Only to run Nanti for you: to sign you in, publish and schedule the posts you ask for, show you whether they went out, and keep the service secure. Nanti posts only what you schedule, with the settings you choose. If a network has a temporary problem, Nanti tries the post again automatically for a limited time; otherwise it shows you the reason. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• The social networks you connect, which receive the posts you send to them.
• Cloudflare, which hosts Nanti and stores its data and media.
• Our AI model provider, OpenRouter, only when you use an AI tool in Nanti, which sends it the text you ask it to work on.
• Our identity provider at https://socio.vonvon.id, which handles sign-in under its own privacy terms.

YouTube

Nanti uses YouTube API Services to upload the videos you send to a YouTube channel you connect. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of the data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Nanti reads your channel's ID, name and picture, and uploads only the videos you schedule. You can remove Nanti's access at any time from your Google security settings, or by disconnecting the channel in Nanti.

Cookies and storage

The Nanti app keeps your sign-in session and any unsent draft in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you sign out or close the tab. Nanti does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Disconnecting and deletion

When you disconnect an account in Channels, Nanti deletes its tokens right away, and for YouTube and TikTok also tells the network to revoke Nanti's access. To delete your Nanti account and everything in it, see Data Deletion. We act on deletion requests within 7 days.
